Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

All returns must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still intact. It must also be in its original packaging. Any items that have been damaged or altered from their original condition will not be eligible for a return, and will be shipped back to the customer.

All associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We will happily exchange an item within 30 days of purchase, based upon the above conditions.  

Refunds

A full refund will only be provided on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately refunds will not be provided on sale items, only on regular priced items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund (minus shipping) will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again. Next contact your credit card company and your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. After these steps, if your refund has still not been processed, please contact us at info@goatbrandmx.com

Shipping

To return your product, please mail to the returns address below. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service on your return, as we will not be responsible for any lost items.
